The RomWeber Company

Founded as the American Furniture Company in Batesville, Indiana in 1879 by John Hillenbrand, RomWeber is one of the oldest residential furniture manufacturers in the United States.  Our collection is produced from our recently upgraded multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art, 450,000 square foot facility. Styles range from traditional to contemporary.  The product line can be found throughout the U.S. in designer galleries, specialty stores, department stores and independent retailers as well as in many fine homes, including those of two former United States Presidents.  

Our craftsmen carry on the traditions of their founder and long lineage utilizing high quality, solid wood, veneered  composition and environmentally friendly processes. Combing old world construction elements like mortise and tenon, dowel joinery and drawers that are fully dovetailed, front and back, with an 18 step finishing process - creates some of the most sought after collections in the industy. The current high-tech manufacturing process employed by RomWeber gives us market leadership with exceptional capability and capacity for customers to place small or relatively large orders, choosing diversity of style, finish, size and interior of the furniture with delivery in 30 days.
